Review on ๐ŸŒบ Effortless Blooming Flower Teapot: Hiware Removable Microwavable Stovetop for a Refreshing Tea Experience by Jacob Seymour

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Stylish and functional; Use with trivet and hot stand if you want to serve your tea hot

Bought this for my wife because she loves another glass teapot we bought years ago, but the old one is much smaller and the lid broke. This pot doesn't have a glass lid or glass teapot like the old one; probably a good idea, as in our experience a glass lid or teapot will break if it accidentally bumps into something in the sink or dishwasher. This pot has a very well designed high capacity teapot made from perforated stainless steel. The strainer is stiffer than wire mesh and the holes are much smaller than mesh, so it works well with all types of herbs and teas, even when the leaves are broken into small pieces. The ring on which the strainer hangs (which supports the steel lid) is inserted into the neck of the pot by friction. The lid will not fit without the ring. You pretty much have to remove the ring to clean and wash the pot. Luckily, once you know it fits, the ring is easy to put back on, with one of the three tabs facing the spout. or a tiny cooking plate) at the bottom, since the thin glass extracts heat from the water very quickly. A price for his style, I suppose. If you use it to make something that you freeze and serve cold, it's almost perfect. I would deduct half a star for that small mistake if I could, but I've decided to "round up" to five stars. :-)
