I had a bad outbreak of what is dubbed "Summer Finger Bumps" and I got no relief from anything over the counter. I tried all of the old favorites but my hands were still in a lot of pain. Lo and behold I remembered I had ordered this Paraffin Wax machined and had not had a chance to use it. So I unboxed it and read through the directions (which are not that detailed) and gave it a go.It comes with everything you need to get started, but it could use a little bit more wax to be able to cover the entire hand when dipping in. I had to use the spatula to splash it on the top of my hand. Other than that it worked wonderfully. I did research on what temperature was best to use because this thing can get a lot hotter than what you should be using so be careful with that and pay attention.My itchy hands were relieved just after use. They also felt soft and smooth. I will be ordering more wax to supplement what was in the package but other than that this works great and comes with all of the extras to get started. I highly recommend this Paraffin Wax Machine. The wax melted quickly and worked wonders on my aching skin.
