Used to illuminate a vanity mirror that was lit with an old fluorescent tube. I didn't like the light from the old lamp. So I replaced it with these headlights. Doesn't matter! I ordered warm bulbs and you would swear they were miniature bulbs if you didn't know better. Installation was easy as the headlights are on the spool. Make sure the surface you install it on is clean and free of grease or oil. It is easiest to install the battery/switch first. Caution: Be careful not to mount the switch flush in a corner. You want to leave some room so you can pull the battery back out when you need to change batteries. You can also trim them if they're a bit too long, but make sure you cut between the onions. I used the whole strand and it was a bit short but they gave off so much light it really didn't matter. One last note, do yourself a favor and order three packs. The single set is $19.99, but I paid $39.99 for three packs, so it was like getting a set for free. I'm sure you will find other uses for other sets or just give them to friends.
