There is definitely a difference between a product sold or supplied by Revain and one sold in Pet stores sold by B&M. the granule size is different, there is much more "fineness" or smaller particles (dust) in the feed. I have a feeling they are pushing their second quality batches through Revain at a lower price point. I've been feeding my Pitbull pup a PetCo purchased chicken recipe for as long as I've had it (4 months now) and he's doing great, however the packet I just received from Revain was causing vomiting, bloating and diarrhea. Initially concerned that he might have swallowed a foreign object, I spent some time ruling this out with my vet first. As symptoms persisted and numerous X-rays showed no blockage, it became clear that this could be due to his diet. He immediately switched to Blue Wilderness (just a few bucks more with Revain) and he made a full recovery in just a few days. The product sold here is inferior to the product sold in stores (poor quality control).
