I have ordered this twice already and both times I have received horribly scratched and chipped parts. I've seen other reviewers say that the seller told them it's ok because it's "handmade", it's NOT ok! These tools are made for your face and body - these small parts can cause micro cuts (or bigger ones) and these parts contain germs and dirt. Not to mention that it shouldn't have any real scratches, if it was real quartz it wouldn't scratch which leads me to conclude it's NOT real rose quartz. Most likely they're made of glass, and another commenter saying it "broke into a million pieces" just confirms my point. (Stone does NOT shatter like glass.)
