My daughter is 3ft tall and 30 lbs, almost 23 months and these fit like a glove. The material is thick and it seems comfy. It does appear to crush easily, but I mean who expects a toddler to stay neat all day. I've seen a complaint that an iron should be sent with the skirts, I mean you already should own an iron and should want to iron your baby's uniform even if it doesn't appear to be crushed!Overall I'll give a 4 cuz you can get 2 for the same price as 1, I only ordered at this price due to delivery date
