I've been looking for light weight large bowls that won't get too hot in the microwave. These check boxes are checked. My only issue with them is that they rub off so easily when you heat things like spaghetti, chili, dark soups in them. Right after that I tried cleaning/soaking and it's still happening. They still work fine, but pulling out new bowls and seeing them look like they're 10 years old sucks. The bowl in the attached picture was once chilli microwaved and then spaghetti (not microwaved) fresh. That's all.
