Good material but runs big
My wife bought them for our 9 year old daughter and ended up using them herself because they were too big. Our daughter is a size 10/12 and my wife is a size small (5ft 3in / 122lbs). I gave them a 4 because they are well made but they run large.
Pros
- It was very good quality, I bought it 4 times at the Christmas dance concert.
Cons
- It was too short for leggings. Should be categorized as a Capri.
