I read the reviews before I bought the underseat bag and I knew I was going to get it and I was right. I agree with other reviews about price and waterproofing (if that's the word). The bag is a little pricey, but it's well constructed and cheaper than other storage options. While I agree it should be waterproof, the fact that it's under the seat provides solid rain protection. Yesterday I actually got caught in the rain and had to drive half an hour to my destination. Most of the outside of the bag was dry while the inside of the bag was completely dry. If someone didn't say that the bag isn't waterproof, I wouldn't know. I'm happy with the space the bag offers and it's easy to put on and take off. The only downside is that I think the back of the bag should have brackets to attach the bag to the rear seat bar.
