was damaged Wow! I am writing this review to help at least one person with perioral dermatitis. I used it for the first time today and I can already see the difference, it's weird how PD just comes and goes. My skin looks great! Inflammation decreased and tubercles in PD became smaller. The soap soothes, moisturizes and cleanses my skin. I just want to thank the other reviewers who helped me with my decision to try this soap. In fact, I don't care how small the soap is or how expensive it is, to be honest I've spent hundreds of attempts trying to cure perioral dermatitis. I was actually wanting to spend a little more money on a very expensive skincare line, but then I found this soap! Also, due to the ingredients, I believe it will help me with acne prone skin. I seem to have found my solution! Also as a warning to all Parkinson's sufferers: Beware of SLS, also known as Sodium Lauryl Sulfate! Really exclude all sulfates! I thought I'd erased SLS from my life, but he's smart and hides under other names. I feel like eliminating this toxic ingredient also helped speed up my Parkinson's disease recovery. I now use Hello Toothpaste and all my cleansing and skincare products are free of toxic SLS. I also follow a strict gluten and dairy free diet. I know that in more severe cases it takes time to heal. However, I have to say that after just one use of this soap, my little bumps are already drying up and the redness is going down. I also use Vichy 89 Mineral Serum to moisturize and soothe my skin.
