Works well on high heat
I use 375 @ 6 minutes in my sublimation mugs. Doesn't usually melt but I only had a few but I think it was too close to the element in my oven. 1 below for some reason the small tab never fully detaches. But from the other brands I've used so far, I'm impressed that it doesn't melt in my oven! Yes, it fits my slim 20 and 30 ounce glasses too! So that's a plus!
