I used to have something like this where the baffles were separate and required minimal assembly. Everything was fine at first, but the dividers continued to loosen, and charged items slipped and fell off the base. In this model, the partitions are built into the base, so there can be no problems with this model. This is a big improvement. I love that it comes with a set of Lightning and Micro USB cables. The ability to order extras if you need more than one variety over another would be a nice addition, but definitely not a deal breaker. I only put 3 things in to start, but my iPhone 12 recognized the cable and started charging right away. . Not everything is certified so I'm glad this one works as advertised. I also like the clean white look of this model. You can see it in my photos. Overall I'm very happy with it so far and with a lifetime guarantee I'm sure it will last for many years to come.
