Easy and quick way for developers, devop engineers & architects
The ability of Appstratgy is that it can connect with any system in your organization without making changes or writing code yourself! This makes life so much easier when working across different applications within our org as well between internal customers/partners (DevOps). We are able solve almost every issue we encounter by using this tool-set but some things do require custom coding which I don't mind doing at times if there's no better option available though they have been very responsive about getting us support from their team whenever needed. It has also helped reduce time spent resolving issues due development teams being more efficient now than before thanks to Devops automation tools like APS.
Pros
- There was an immediate turnaround for whatever problem encountered via phone, email etc.and response always provided prompt resolution even late night hours here locally where everything else becomes difficult especially after work shifts end up closing earlier then usual because most people already go home early these days compared back few years ago :)It doesn’t take too long usually unless something unexpected
