Very useful tool - helps integrate various services together seamlessly

I like how easy it is for anyone with tech background who has no idea what SOAP would be doing in there. Also very flexible way you can do different types of data transfers from other companies without changing much code. Support does not always know everything about a request they are sending out so we sometimes get "unknown" responses back which makes life hard at times but usually resolved easily enough once explained properly when an issue occurs. It's good if this product integrates directly into your ERP system as well, so less work having to write custom modules/code etc. We're taking all our customer transactions through Salesforce now though instead of using separate systems and transferring them via a gateway service such as Xero Connector or PayPal ProConnect Gateway Service. I like how easy it was for me to learn this software. It has an awesome user interface and it's very intuitive. There are not many programs out there that are as simple to use as this one. I haven't found anything I dislike about this program yet. I am having some issues with the email notifications. They don't seem to be working quite right. But other than that everything else has been great. I would highly recommend using this software. It's helping us automate our EDI process.

  • Not really sure exactly why i'm still receiving emails related messages regarding updates / upgrades even after purchasing their annual maintenance plan?
