I like that it is super fast to use and easy for people in different time zones to be able edit at once without having too much lag between them. It also has some very nice features such as video conferencing so you don't have to worry about missing something important when using this software. Nothing really bad but maybe more options could include things such as chat rooms which would make communication quicker than emailing everyone separately. Make sure your internet connection can handle all of your users before trying out meeting room io otherwise there will probably be lags throughout meetings while waiting for others to get online and then uploading their files etc. Video conferencing makes our work easier by allowing us to do business internationally whilst still being together in one space - we were previously reliant upon Skype however now everything works seamlessly through the app!
