Incredibly helpful for lumbar support
I had back surgery last year and have been in constant excruciating pain ever since. I assumed it was because of the surgery. I bought this brace and I love it! The instructions say it can only be worn for 4 hours but I have a hard time taking it off because I love the support it provides. The only downside is the inner material that touches your skin. makes me a little sweaty but other than that I would if I could keep it up all the time!
