They work! I leave mine on for 5 minutes without closing my mouth

They work! I've seen the results; I leave mine on for 5 minutes instead of the recommended 30 seconds without closing my mouth. I follow directions, no drinks or food for 30 minutes. I think I'll go an hour. It's very easy to apply, twist the bottom until you see a small amount on the brush. A small amount lasts a long time, no more pressing on each tooth, I can manage on 3 or so. Good thing it's a small applicator so I can get to my molars, yes! No stinging, you will see blisters on the bottom of the tooth and it's good to know you made it.
