Not adjustable. This is not a bar table. Unless you only work 2 hours a day or can't stand 8 hours. you can stand; You just can't lower the height to allow yourself to sit. Standing tables should also allow sitting. I took it out of the box and cursed a little when I realized I had to use allen wrenches every time I wanted to adjust the height. Then I told myself I must be wrong. Realizing that this wasn't the case, I started tweaking it anyway, believing that there was no way this product could be 4-star and difficult to upvote. Probably 2000 reviewers meet a few times a day. They should not. Adjusting the stand is a difficult task. First of all good luck adjusting the stand to the desired height with one hand and operating the hex wrench with the other hand. Even better luck with the "micro" adjustment for the perfect height. Second, even modest weight monitors combined with elevation and incline allow you to work the forearms/triceps. At least you can skip the gym. Third, unless you put the entire stand on top of your desk (or can't walk behind it - my monitors are on the wall, so I can't), you can't find where to use the allen key. Fourth, the base is not weighted enough to move up/down. In combination with the previous points, this means that the monitors fall to the front. I hope you don't drop them. The only compliment I give VIVO is that the user has to use the hex wrenches so many times they give you a small clip to attach them to your stand - see picture. Nice gesture. VIVO also needs to put a person inside the box to hold the stand while you make your adjustments every time you want to sit/stand. Even if a second person arrives, it can be useless. My colleague helped me set it up the first two times and even with two grown men (one a mechanical engineer) it was an idiotic process. Impractical moveable monitors. As inconvenient as raising and lowering the stand is arm movement (unless the stand is bolted to your desk rather than using the base). My monitors are true to size and weight, but I have absolutely no doubt that my monitors will collapse from a light hit or if the monitors are moved forward a little. This is because the entire stand fell forward multiple times as I moved the monitors, but I was there to catch them. At the end of the day, I wanted this thing to fall forward and hit me in the head one last time. Two propellers also snapped in half - I've never seen that before. I am not one to write reviews but this product is so bad. I felt an obligation to spare others the frustration and waste of time. It might be ok if you never plan on adjusting it up/down AND you don't use a base but attach it to your desk. If you plan to sit down from time to time then this stand is only good for breaking a window so you can jump out after this product has driven you crazy. And even then, breaking a window might not be enough.
