Too big - my new rating
These socks are so cute and so soft but they fit my 2 year old who wears 3 tons just like the picture. I bought these for my 9-12 month old baby and they are TOO BIG! I would keep them for a two year old but she says they look weird and the top will never show so I'm sending them back.
