The bag is compact thanks to the inner fabric that allows objects to be placed next to objects in other compartments. This causes a certain feeling of disorganization/closeness inside. The velcro straps on the bag body for the top flap have separated beyond the seam so the bottom is now unstitched. I was thinking of going to a shoe store to have it fixed but the zipper allowance in the compartment on the other side prevented sewing. Maybe I should have returned it when I could, but at the time I figured it was just a loose thread. (As another reviewer notes, there's no such thing as a bag that can be turned upside down.)
