These wellies are adorable (I ordered "Purple Rose"). They are true to size, maybe even a bit larger, so they are suitable for thick socks. These boots are a little heavy, but no heavier than traditional rubber boots. My daughter can easily put them on by herself and they are a bit more flexible than traditional hard rubber boots thanks to the neoprene upper. The outsole offers good traction and cushioning insoles. They are breathable and suitable for mild weather; These boots cannot be used as winter boots as they do not insulate. Overall, these are durable, well-tailored, comfortable warmer-weather wellies. I would not hesitate to order them again.
