I've been looking for a long time for wall lights that have an on/off switch on the actual wall plate, not on the cord or plug. I'm glad I found her! They are matte black and not shiny. They were easy to assemble, I just attached the mounting plate to the wall, placed the wall light onto the mounting plate and tightened. They are a good size for bedroom lighting. The on/off knobs also rotate to dim the lights! So pretty! You can adjust the angle of the hand. You have to unlock the position the hand is in, then change the position and lock again. However, it is secure and doesn't wobble when you tighten it. They don't come with a lightbulb. A regular sized bulb will fit and they will work with LED bulbs too. Overall I am very happy with them. I would order them and recommend them!
