It didn't work for my neck problems.
In April I hurt my neck and went through a few pillows to find something that would relieve my pain and not cause more pain and allow me to get some sleep. Unfortunately this is too low. It was a little firmer than other pillows of this shape, but it wasn't enough to provide comfort.
