Waterpik SM-451 Original 4 Way Massage Handheld Shower White ). Installation took 10 minutes or less. Let me answer what I see as the main complaints or issues I've read in other reviews: 1) The handle on my previous model attaches to the bracket at a point just below the shower head. On the SM-451, the handle is attached to a bracket at the bottom. This keeps the new shower head in a higher position. I'm 6ft, which is an advantage for me, but accessing the shower head with the SM-451 can be an issue for shorter people. 2) This model (SM-451) has the red water limiter in the bracket. To remove it, use a pair of pliers to grasp the small tab protruding from the white plastic piece in the center of the inlet screw connector on the bracket. Twist the part counterclockwise and it will unscrew easily. Then use needle nose pliers to remove the red water seal. I had adequate water flow and pressure without removing the restrictor. So I recommend that you try with built-in limiter first. 3) The hose is rolled up tightly in the package. This saves space and shipping costs. Initially, the hose will withstand kinks and stretches, but with repeated use in a hot shower, it will relax. This product meets my needs and I have no problem with it, that's why I give it 5 stars.
