This replaces the cable I used in the Toyota Sienna which had a rather poorly designed auxiliary audio input. I liked the narrow shank of this cable as it would fit the poorly designed Toyota connector while cables with larger shanks would not. This cable was extremely affordable and brought no surprises. The rubberized coating of the wire makes it very easy to handle and doesn't get tangled. The coating feels just as thick and slightly tacky, a feeling any Apple power adapter owner will be familiar with as the plastic feels very similar. 12ft is a long length for an audio cable - handy in the car if the iThingee you're playing music from wants someone in the second row of seats to see while it's plugged into the dash.
