They work great. I've had cords fall out a few times when plugged into the plug, so the fact that they've built in stress relief made me give them a try. I will update when they go out of service soon. One minor issue is that the connector on the side of the iPhone is a bit chunky. Fits in my wife's bag and my phone. But I could see how it might not work in some other cases. If I had such a situation, I would just shave off the head of the fork a bit with a knife.
