I've tried several butter dishes. I like room temperature butter, which means I try to think ahead and get the butter out of the fridge before my second pack of butter is gone. (Yes, I love butter.) It was very difficult to find a butter dish with a handle that fit the height of my butter sticks (don't crush my butter and leave it on top of the plate! Butter. well, I don't really waste it ) and can hold more than 1 pack of oil. And here is this beauty, and we have a winner! For a long time my partner and I argued about which dinnerware to buy, but in the end this easy-to-clean red beauty stands proud on our counter. If this one breaks, most likely due to our own lack of grace, we'll be sure to replace it with an equally beautiful butter dish.
