I was excited to buy this brand as I thought the rotating action of the brush would clean better than the reciprocating action of the brush. The brand I use is Phillips Sonicare. Unfortunately, I didn't like the size of the shaft right away, as it seems too big for my mouth. Second, I found that the rotating motion of the brush head made me dizzy! I will not buy this brand again and will continue to use my Sonicare until it dies. In addition, the brush does not switch off automatically after 2 minutes, as the instructions say. There is also no way to customize the cleaning selection.
