Not sure about the hype
I think it's a trendy "hype" product. These are the only products I have used from this brand because everyone swears by them. I have no bags or dark circles, the purpose of my use of this product was to hydrate and provide a cool tingle to wake up my eyes. At first I had a pleasant cooling sensation, but after a few weeks of use I stopped feeling it. I'm a bit disappointed. Maybe I'm not using enough? Or are you using it incorrectly?
