I like that the shoulders are adjustable and I like the ability to fold them vertically. I didn't give 5 stars because I really dislike the fact that the hook itself can't be rotated the other way. Due to the construction, clothes must be hung up with the right side to the left. This annoys my OCD because our closets are arranged so that all of our clothes face to the right. This is the main flaw of my book. If I turn the hanger so that the clothes are facing right, the possibility of folding disappears because the bear hook is at the back and closed. Another improvement that could be made is that it would be great if the pant hanger part could also be adjusted to a wider size as the shoulders are adjustable. Aside from those two inconveniences (for me), the hangers are really great. I will keep them.
