I have medium sized hands and it felt a bit tight around my thumb at first. A kind of coziness that reduces blood flow. I felt it was colder than my other thumb. Velcro doesn't seem to last long, it just seems cheap. Woke up today and usually my text device thumb gets stuck in the closed position and I literally have to pull it back a few times. This morning after putting it on for the night, my thumb was completely raised and I had to force it shut. So not sure which is better, I will update after wearing it for a few more days.
