My product arrived with missing wheels and top support. When I called the number on the box the customer service rep acted stupid and said she couldn't help me because I didn't give her the correct part numbers. I pulled the part numbers straight from the assembly instructions that came with the box but she insisted she couldn't help me. After she started treating me I had to be pretty harsh on her and ask her to look up the product on her site and pull out the part numbers from there. Once she did that, she was miraculously able to see what I needed and order parts to ship to me. Very dissatisfied with the product as I cannot use it immediately and need it now. Extremely unhappy with customer service because although my issue was eventually resolved I had to tell someone how to do their job.
