This pajama is made of very smooth material, very comfortable to wear. The sizes used by this company are similar to those used by Costco. So if you are a member of Costco, you can specify the size when ordering. I'm a medium sized person (not a medium sized Costco) but when I ordered it was a bit big for me. I gave it to my dad as it fits him very well and I will be ordering another one in a smaller size. I like these pajamas a lot.
