I expected them to work better but the suction is weak. I have one that I use a lot that holds up pretty well. I always use it for the muscle knots I have in my shoulder and upper back. Especially when my neck is numb from wrong sleep. I wanted something for my lower back and thought it would help, but they don't provide enough suction support to relieve the knots and stiffness I'm getting. A bit disappointed but I will keep trying with them.
