Mom jeans are so underrated.at least this generation of mom jeans. First, these are cute. They are just my style which are ripped and worn looking. But they are so much more comfortable than the ripped, worn low rise jeans I've owned. Since I am actually a mom now, I have found that high waist jeans help provide tummy control. The high waist helps to cover up the mom pooch and keeps you from having a muffin top. I like that I can bend and move without any part of the jeans cutting me as well as keeping everything covered that should be, unlike the low rise jeans that show too much when I bend over. I don't feel like I have sacrificed style for comfort. I can have both! I ordered these in a medium, but with as much stretch as they have, I think I could have comfortably worn a small. The color is slightly lighter than in the pictures. I would definitely order these in another color though, because they are too comfortable to just own one pair.
