Readable and functional, but inaccurate
Honestly, one has to be objective. Don't expect the $22 Autometer to ship. The sensor works but is definitely off by at least 10 degrees or more. 204 on the gauge shows about 192 or so on the body of the infrared thermostat, right where the sensor is attached. I bought this knowing it was a temporary use sensor. I installed electric fans on a classic Mustang and just needed to see if they stopped working. Accuracy is bad, 2 stars. Easy to install and read? 5 stars each. 3 total for me. His work is a fairly accurate temporal temperature and it failed but serves as a reference I need.
