Unsafe connection

Tried several temperatures, 2 different heat guns, even tried my Bic lighter. Destructive testing and disassembled testing 6 connectors. No solder penetration. After removing the shrink tubing, the connection just fell apart. Maybe an old product or an inaccurate recipe.
