Works with MiSTer but feeds power back

I have this to use with MiSTer and it works fine without power, but when I connect an external power supply it feeds 5V into the DE10 Nano which is not particularly safe . So it's fine for the MiSTer to use unpowered (but then why buy a powered hub?), but if you want a safe powered hub you should probably look elsewhere.
