The ease to use, it works very well for my business needs! It's easy enough that I can learn how to configure everything by myself as long as there are clear instructions online or available from our account representative at all times so if something goes wrong we have someone who knows what they're doing right away!! Sometimes when you've got too many companies involved with different formats/standards it gets confusing but their staff really work hard making sure things run smoothly between your accounts.

If anyone needed an edi solution this would be perfect because not only does it solve one problem but multiple problems related to data exchange between various parties.
