I first ordered the small size 5.5-6.5 for women or 4/5 for children and they were too tight. My daughter wears 4 baby shoes, I didn't want them to fall off under the weight of the water so I kept them but they ripped after being used in our pool one day. Not that a sock had torn, but both had torn big toes. Then I ordered a medium size 7-7.5 for women, but they were also too small. I think judging by the fit it needs XL. This is a great idea and the shoe is very comfortable to wear, but the toe box design needs to be strengthened. Maybe I'd try the XL then.
