Bought to power some wifi cameras we have around the house. They are all 12 volts. So this product seems to fit the bill as it has both 6v and 12v connections. Was impressed when it arrived as the packaging and presentation is first class. Charge the panel with the AC adapter as recommended. I found the right connection cable, plugged in one of my cameras and we were in business. So far, so good. I proceeded to install the panel and camera on the tree. Everything worked great. The next day I get no signal from the camera. Climb up the stairs. The LEDs show a decent charge, but the camera doesn't turn on. withdraw everything. Plug it back into the power adapter until it shows full charge. Plug in the camera and, bam, it's working again. 24 hours later he's dead. I plugged the meter into a 12v outlet and found that it only put out 6v. Repeat this cycle a few more times to confirm. If you charge it with an AC adapter you get 12V. Solar? 6m. After many arguments with their broken English support, they finally agree to send me another device. Guess what? It behaves the same as the first. Very disappointing. Watch your knuckles if you need a 12V power supply. Check out the video I've included for the gory details.
