Pure noise, straight out of the box

Garbage. It seems that reviews on this product belong to multiple products. This is for the 15ft audio interconnect cable. Even if only one cable is connected without a sound source, the device generates pure noise. With a sound source, you can hardly hear the sound due to noise. Suspect bad solder joints as shaking one end of the cable changes the noise level. return for a refund. Avoid.
