The best part about Pulse Tms has been its flexibility in handling all of our business needs, it's easy integration with other systems we use (Salesforce/Hubspot) & great customer service! We had some issues at first but they were resolved quickly by their team members who are very helpful indeed!! I have no dislikes as such - just minor issue like not much customization available for reporting purposes which would be useful if you're looking into more specific reports than what comes out-ofthe box from them.. It works well so far though. Shipping cost reduction through optimization processes using this tool.- Easy accessability across offices around globe via cloud technology I like how simple it was for me as an internal user, no learning curve once you know what buttons do which things! Nothing at all really - but if your using this product solely from within Pulse Tms then there isn't much else needed outside of making sure everything works well with their platform (which they have provided plenty support). We are able to move quickly when we need to without having to worry about spending hours in training or getting technical advice/help.
