The best feature is that, it's free! It comes inbuilt as standard option into sales cloud so no need to install any other app or plugin.It has some features which are not available out-of-the box but can be customised using API (which we did). We used this platform mainly to create new accounts and add them to existing account team/user profile etc..The UI could have been better like if they had more options within one page rather than go multiple pages back & forth between different tabs to do what i want. I think its pretty good product from their end especially considering price tag. Free version works fine too unlike many paid tools where even trial versions might come loaded with bugs.We created our own fields called "Account" to store all customer data under Account details & Subscription info. They were then easily searchable when required without going.
