Make sure you give this sports bra a real shot: When I first put it on I wasn't sure whether it fits (it's barely padded and rests on stretchy material and thick straps/closure for support without squeezing you into a pancake). I had never encountered such a "technical" design before and had my doubts. I never felt the need to adjust it throughout the session and it held me perfectly in place during inversions and vinyasas. the wide band at the bottom is shaped in such a way that it does not slip at all 3) The material has a strange texture that absorbs sweat and dries quickly. Regarding the fit: I usually wear 34D bras and ordered this size. I could try 34C and have a little less fabric in the cups (as there is no padding) but I don't see that getting in the way of support.
