The best feature is being able to set up groups of contacts (and even subgroups) for different purposes. I have been using this product since it was called FaxWorks - which was one of my favorites products back then! What used to be an easy way to share files with colleagues has become somewhat difficult now that you cannot attach documents directly in emails. We use ActFax mainly to communicate our sales leads to other members within the team as well as outside parties such as clients or partners. This allows us to keep track of who received what email and when they did. Also helps manage time by having access to previous conversations we had via email.
