I have tried so many natural deodorants in search of aluminum free natural deodorants. This is the only thing that works. I use it about every 2-3 days unless I'm doing more advanced exercises. I also use a cleansing armpit scrub with activated charcoal once a week. The bottle is small but lasts a long time. I take very hot showers and regular deodorants turn into a paste after application, but this deodorant literally stops my sweating within minutes. I use about 3 sprays per hole. I've found the pump leaks a little when it's inflated, but pumping slower helps. I would definitely recommend it and this will be the only deodorant I use!
