The sound of these headphones is terrible. We may have a pair of buggies. They chirp and chirp all the time, and if you push it to the max you can hear the sounds and music in the game, but the chat is as quiet as a whisper. I'm unimpressed and wondering if I shouldn't have just risked a pair of Target Turtle Beaches. They look good, are comfortable and do a good job of blocking out noise, not completely, but they also feel a bit big as the smallest size fits comfortably on my huge head and falls off my teen. We didn't get a shipping receipt so I'm not sure if we can send it back or how. My daughter is disappointed with this Christmas present. Mom fails.
