My 2 year old daughter is almost 3 and wears a size 7 and 7.5. I ordered 2-4 and they are smaller than expected. I had to order the next size up as they are narrow and barely fit. They aren't that stretchy or I could get them to work. They are adorable and good quality, just order one size up.
