I'm so glad I stumbled across them. I have used louvers for the vents and found that in winter or cold weather the heat from the heater melted the glue or adhesive enough that the foil would stick to my vent when it cooled or dried. My car has thinner shutters so I was very concerned that trying to remove the worn film would break one. Luckily I know how to disassemble the dash and replace the vent grille as I bought mine used and one was already broken. But for my model, they still cost about $150 for a new one. After discovering this wrapper scam, what I really liked about them was how hidden they are. Not exactly a fan of using something like a butter knife to pry them off my air vents or shovels. Well, if I have no other choice, I'll just save the bandages for spring/summer. They are a lot smaller than I thought from the example photos, which is even better for me. I don't think shops in my area, automobile or not, sell them. If so, then they must be a very popular choice. I figured the way it was attached would be too big for my blades as mine are closer together too. But in the end everything was perfect. And the cross clamp is rubberized to prevent it from vibrating or slipping off easily. I hope they don't melt and stick to the blades, which I can't talk about yet as the end of spring is now approaching summer. I love how strong they smell so far. The smell is so strong it seeped through both plastic packaging bags when I received them. I think each of them can last longer than 30 days depending on how much and how often you have air conditioning or heating. In general I am satisfied with them. Will use them for now.
